I have a long-lasting passion for people and a recognized talent for process & organization.
The way I most enjoy putting all those things together in action is through leading transition management projects.
That is, for instance, the deployment of major software, the merge of two IT infrastructures, the offshoring of an IT department, a digital transition, or transitioning a team from not good enough performance to best-in-class results.

My management style is based on facilitation, empowerment, emotional intelligence, agility of mind, and behavior.
